Who We Serve

We serve children from birth to age 21 who are at risk for, or experiencing, serious emotional disturbances, along with their families.

Benefits of Participating

Our services help children and youth with, or at risk of, severe emotional disturbances transition successfully into adulthood by equipping them with the necessary skills and support. We also support families to enhance their education and develop skills that empower them to support children and youth during this critical transition.

What to Expect

Synergy Family Services offers a straightforward referral process that allows clients to quickly enroll in services and schedule an intake assessment. The focus of this assessment is to determine the client's needs and mental health diagnoses.

After the intake assessment, clients are matched with experienced clinicians who have specialties aligned with the clients’ needs. This process also includes the opportunity for psychiatric evaluations and medication management.

Additionally, we provide concierge services through our case managers. This approach promotes client-centered care and ensures ongoing support regarding clients’ needs and the quality of the services provided. Our goal is to help individuals and families identify and achieve objectives such as symptom relief, self-awareness, self-efficacy, recovery, and overall well-being. We offer strength-based, culturally competent services designed to enhance the social, emotional, and behavioral health and wellness of individuals and families.
