Anger Management Program
At Synergy Family Services, our Anger Management Groups are designed to help individuals recognize, understand, and effectively manage their anger in healthy and constructive ways. We provide the tools, insights, and support needed through licensed professionals. As an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC), we offer compassionate, evidence-based assistance to individuals struggling with emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and stress management.
These groups create a safe, judgment-free space where participants can explore their emotional responses and develop practical coping strategies. Whether you're facing challenges in personal relationships, at work, or in legal or court-mandated situations, our program offers practical tools to reduce the intensity and frequency of anger outbursts and promote emotional balance.

Individualized Assessments
Each participant begins with a comprehensive evaluation to identify personal triggers, patterns of behavior, and underlying emotional or psychological concerns.

Therapeutic Approaches
Our licensed clinicians use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and trauma-informed care to help clients build coping skills and emotional awareness.

Structured Weekly Sessions
Led by licensed Mental Health Professionals with experience in anger management and behavioral health to foster self-reflection, peer support, and accountability.
