Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC)
​
A place (virtual or in-person) where you can come to talk about your feelings. A therapist, or doctor will listen and help you with feelings of sadness, worry, or stress. Some people can also be prescribed medicine to help with their overall mental health.

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)
​
A program that helps with everyday life skills. Staff can help you with school, work, community, and home goals. We teach skills in support of therapy, like staying organized, calming down when upset, and making healthy choices.
Anger Management Groups
​
This group helps you learn better ways to deal with anger. You will practice how to stay calm, talk about your feelings, and solve problems without violence.


Case Management
Our Case Managers provide community services. We can help with securing benefits like housing, insurance, food resources, school, jobs. They provide the support you need to reach your goals.

About Our Clinical Team:
Among our team, we have over 100 therapists, 2 psychiatrists, and 40 Direct Care Staff who will help you one-on-one on your journey to feeling better.
A Therapist is a licensed and caring professional you can talk to about your feelings, worries, or problems. They listen without judgment and help you find better ways to cope.

A Psychiatrist is a doctor who helps with mental health. They can prescribe medicine if needed and will monitor its effectiveness.
​
Direct Care Staff are helpers who work with your therapist and support you in daily life. They remind you of the goals you set, help you practice life skills, and encourage you to make good and healthy choices.

Our DCS collaborates closely with families, therapists, and all additional supportive services to ensure consistent communication and alignment of goals. Collectively, the team plays a vital role in empowering clients to achieve stability, personal growth, and an improved quality of life.
