Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program

Building Healthy Families & Communities
Our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) is dedicated to empowering both adults and children to achieve greater independence and fully integrate into their communities. We help individuals develop essential skills that enhance their self-sufficiency, mental well-being, and overall quality of life.
We are committed to providing high-quality care by offering specialized assistance with:
-
Managing daily living activities and promoting independence
-
Education, employment, and life skills development
-
Accessing and coordinating essential services and resources
-
Encouraging personal growth and meaningful progress toward goals

In addition to individualized support, we offer psycho-education groups for both youth and adults, providing a supportive space to learn, grow, and develop essential life skills. These groups cover a range of topics, including coping skills, emotional regulation, stress and anxiety management, social skills, self-esteem building, and relapse prevention. We also offer specialized groups focused on anger management, trauma recovery, conflict resolution, and independent living skills.

By participating in psycho-education groups, individuals gain peer support, increased self-awareness, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. Our goal is to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in their personal and social environments.

Through our comprehensive, strength-based approach, we empower individuals with the tools and support necessary to lead fulfilling, self-sufficient lives.
