Supported Employment Program
Synergy Family Services will offer a Supported Employment Program for transition-age youth and adults with serious mental health and behavioral challenges in Prince George’s County, Maryland. Services will be delivered in homes, workplaces, and community locations based on individual needs. The program will focus on helping participants secure competitive employment, gain independence, and achieve long-term recovery and career growth.
Addiction Services

Our treatment integrates evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) with a focus on empathetic and personalized care. ​

Foster Care Treatment Services
We are deeply committed to supporting children and families in foster care by providing specialized, compassionate, and evidence-based mental health care services. We understand that children in foster care often face complex emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Our goal is to equip them with the tools they need and deserve to heal and thrive.

Our licensed clinicians work in collaboration with school staff and families to address emotional, behavioral, and social challenges that may impact academic performance. By offering therapy on-site, we ensure convenient access to care, reduce barriers for families, and create a safe, supportive space for students to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
Occupational Wellness Program
Synergy Family Services offers Vocational Rehabilitation through Job Readiness Training and Career Counseling, equipping individuals with practical skills, guidance, and support to prepare for employment and build meaningful careers.
