Synergy Family Services has been recognized with the 2026 Silver Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health by Mental Health America — a national certification honoring employers committed to staff well-being.

We are proud to announce that Synergy Family Services, Inc. has been awarded the 2026 Silver Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health by Mental Health America (MHA), the nation’s leading nonprofit dedicated to mental health promotion and illness prevention.
This recognition places SFS among a select group of organizations across the country that have demonstrated a measurable commitment to creating mentally healthy workplaces for their employees.
What Is the 2026 Bell Seal?
The Bell Seal, introduced by Mental Health America in 2019, is a national certification program that evaluates employers on four core areas:
Workplace Culture — the environment staff work in every day
Benefits — access to mental health support and resources
Compliance — policies that protect employee well-being
Wellness Programs — initiatives that support the whole person
Organizations are evaluated rigorously and awarded at the Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum level based on the strength of their practices.
What This Means for Our Team
